Brief History of Creating the amulets in 1991

The simulates of Phra Chaotanchai were created at Wat Buppharam, Taphae road, Changklan subdistrict, Muang district, Chiang Mai province in 1991. The host, namely, the abbot Phrakrumongkonsilawong and monks in the temple, the supporters and followers of the temple had invited high rank and holy monks to perform the ceremony of empowering the simulated Buddha Images, which had 9.9 inches and 5.5 wide of lizard (the width of the lap) and other amulets in this time altogether about 999 pieces. It a kind of making merit and dedicated to King Pumipon, the King Rama 9 of Thailand.
